1. Agreement
By accessing or using NOVAM's platform at agents.novam.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are between you and NOVAM LLC.
2. Our Services
NOVAM provides an AI agent builder platform that allows businesses to configure and deploy AI-powered agents for customer interactions. Agents are powered by third-party AI models and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating your agent's responses.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NOVAM to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Mislead, defraud, or deceive users of your deployed agent
- Collect personal data without appropriate disclosure to end users
- Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our platform
5. Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to NOVAM (including your knowledge base). By using our services, you grant NOVAM a license to use that content solely to provide and improve our services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights.
6. AI Limitations
Our agents are powered by AI and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. NOVAM does not guarantee the accuracy of any agent output. You are responsible for monitoring your deployed agent and ensuring it meets your business standards.
7. SMS Messaging Program
NOVAM LLC operates an SMS messaging program through the Novam Caller platform. By providing a phone number and using Novam Caller, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your campaigns, call activity, and account notifications.

- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Platform users (businesses using Novam Caller) are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their contacts before sending any SMS messages through the platform.
8. Payment and Cancellation
Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. NOVAM does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVAM disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
NOVAM's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to NOVAM in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email.
